O’Gradys, Solicitors is a modern commercial law firm located at 4th Floor, 8-34 Percy Place, Dublin 4, established in 1987 by William F. O’Grady; the firm has six Solicitors, with a total staff of 17.

O’Gradys has a strong commercial emphasis and is dedicated to providing clients with a fast, efficient and reliable service, constantly adapting to meet with client’s diverse requirements in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment. Our focus is aimed towards the solution of client’s needs and dealing with same in the most practical and constructive manner possible.

William O’Grady, Partner, Qualified in 1978, specialises in Corporate and Taxation matters with expertise in Corporate and Personal Insolvency matters and acts as a professional expert witness in these areas. A recommended Lawyer in Global Counsel 3000.

J. Kirby Tarrant, Partner, Qualified in 1987, specialises in Commercial Litigation matters, Mergers and Acquisitions and Venture Capital.

Stephen Noonan, Partner, Qualified in 1989, specialises in Commercial Property transactions with a particular emphasis upon Landlord and Tenant matters.

Jennifer McGivern, Associate, Qualified in 2000, specialises in Commercial Litigation and Insolvency matters.

Peter Tunney, Associate, Qualified in 2001 has acquired experience in Commercial and Residential Property transactions and Private Clients.

Linda Walsh, Senior Legal Executive provides substantial back up and assistance in all areas of the firm practice.
